Every material lift in Washington State is now required to have a Maintenance Control Program in place. Pacific Construction offers a 5 year plan to get and keep your material lift in compliance.
Maintenance Control Program 5 year plan
LICENSING FEE & INITIAL SETUP
- Maintenance Control Program hard copy binder left onsite
- Setup of records keeping by Pacific Construction
- Initial Inspection
ANNUAL AND RECOMMENDED INTERVAL MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
- Performing required testing, cleaning and inspections by a licensed material lift mechanic including all items listed in Maintenance Control Program Records and Examinations Logs
- Oil and filter change depending on usage
- Updating of all maintenance records, logs and test tags
The interval of inspections will be based on the material lift inspector’s recommendations during the initial and annual inspections for the subsequent year. Intervals may be annual, biannual, or quarterly based on site conditions and lift use. Annual and 5 year inspections will be completed within 30 days from the date the annual permit is finalized to assure compliance with Washington State Labor and Industries inspection requirements. This Maintenance Control Program 5 year plan does not include maintenance orders for repairs or replacements. Repair and replacement items will be logged on the Callback Repair form and will be a separate work order for completion by a licensed material lift mechanic. All Maintenance Control Program records and logs are property of Pacific Construction - Milton. Failure to comply with Washington State Labor and Industries inspection requirements and the material lift inspector’s recommendations will void any contractual obligation by Pacific Construction – Milton and a removal of all maintenance control program material with the exception of the annual maintenance records log, electrical schematics and the owner’s manual.
