Edge of Dock (EOD) is a leveler which is mounted to the top edge of dock. No recess in concrete necessary. EOD’s operate in both hydraulic and mechanical series. Hydraulic Edge of Dock operates using hydraulic power and a push button electrical power source to raise and lower the lip onto bed of truck. Mechanical Edge of Dock operates using an actuating bar which is inserted into pocket on inner lip. Operator pulls actuating bar down towards floor, than pushes forward allowing lip to rest on bed of truck.
